The Monroe County CoC is the lead agency for the coordination and planning of homeless services in the Florida Keys, educating ourselves and the community about the nature and extent of homelessness, including the needs of the people who are living through the experience of homelessness. As the Lead Agency, designated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, the Monroe County CoC organizes the collaboration of local agencies to to address the needs of clients and provide essential supportive services.
AH of Monroe is the only community-based HIV/AIDS service organization in the Florida Keys, having served over 3500 individuals and families. Each client has their own Medical Case Manager; many reside in AHI-owned housing; they offer support ranging from mental health and chemical dependency to socialization and negotiating sexual disclosure and hundreds of others seeking prevention information and HIV-testing make their way to AH.
Catholic social services organization in South Florida including Key West. Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami offers many services including alcohol and substance abuse help, child development services as well as housing and homeless prevention.
People with Disabilities Living Independently
The Center for Independent Living of the Keys (CIL of the Keys) serves more than 1,200 people with disabilities every year, many of them receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits. CIL of the Keys programs are free to anyone, of any age, who self-identifies as having a disability and lives in Monroe County, Florida.

Wesley House Family Services is a nationally accredited not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting and nurturing children and strengthening families with services spanning Monroe County, Florida.
Anchors Aweigh Club Inc. is a recovery club in Key West, Florida. We are dedicated to providing a venue for both indoor and outdoor 12 step meetings.
Member owned, Anchors Aweigh Club is a 3,500 + sq. ft. building and outside garden that provides space for over fifty 12 step meetings weekly. The Anchors Aweigh Club has been the primary gathering place where residents of the lower Keys and visitors have turned for help, support and safety for over 30 years.
The Domestic Abuse Shelter (DAS) is a non-profit organization, providing comprehensive services for individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse.
The mission of Domestic Abuse Shelter, Inc. is to provide safety, accountability and justice for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence through comprehensive services and community education.
DAS helps survivors of domestic abuse begin again and provides immediate safety to abuse victims and their children. The organization educates, supports and promotes community awareness about domestic violence throughout the Florida Keys.
Womankind is a medical center providing high-quality family planning and convenient health care to people of all income levels. Through increased accessibility to clinical services, collaboration with other community resources, community outreach, and extensive client education, the goals of Womankind are to:
1) Educate women and their families within the full scope of health and wellness.
2) Assist women to become active participants in their own health care.
3) Reduce the incidence and transmission of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections.
4) Increase early detection and treatment of breast and cervical cancer.
5) Reduce the rate of births to teens and improve pregnancy outcomes.
employU is a nonprofit employment service empowering customers with the knowledge, connections and confidence required to embark on a new sustainable career. employU is structured as a one-stop shop offering adult employment services, youth programs, employability trainings, paid work experience, and a variety of assessments. Their services enhance a customer's ability to successfully achieve independence by establishing a lifelong career
They are partnered with Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), a federal-state program that helps people who have physical or mental disabilities get or keep a job. When customers are referred to them by VR, they are able to provide them services at no cost to them nor to the business partner.
The Florida Keys Outreach Coalition, Inc. offers a variety of shelter options including Emergency and Transitional shelter services, as well as Permanent Supportive Housing for individuals and families with special needs.
FKOC works diligently to reduce to barriers to service and to create housing environments that focus on helping individuals and families regain personal stability and financial independence. FKOC’s shelter programs offer a progressive approach that allows residents to build personal responsibility for their recovery from homelessness.

The mission of the Cheryl Cates Memorial Foundation is to assist families and children in need in Monroe County, Florida and improve their quality of life by making grants directly to them and other charitable organizations in order to meet needs that are not otherwise being addressed.
Christina's Courage provides a safe and confidential place to have an examination performed by a trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), free of charge. All survivors of every gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and background are welcome. You do not have to report to law enforcement to be eligible for services.

KAIR is a non-profit organization seeking to serve those individuals and families in Marathon and the Florida Keys who have found themselves in crisis. Working in partnership with other agencies and organizations, every effort is made to return people to self-supporting, productive lives.
Alice's Kids serves children in need. They assist parents with new clothes, glasses, senior dues or any other item that costs up to $125. One needs to fill out an electronic request form to be considered.
United Way of Collier and the Keys (UWCK) is committed to improving lives and strengthening our community so all individuals and families have an opportunity to thrive and achieve their full potential. As a local volunteer-driven organization, UWCK advocates for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, and Employed (ALICE) residents in our communities looking for a hand-up by providing them information and referral and supportive tools and resources. We accomplish this through improving education, economic stability and health, as well as providing access to food and critical safety net services for all Collier and Monroe County residents.

Lower Keys Medical Center will connect the Florida Keys to quality care through innovation of rural healthcare, combining technology, community, and collaboration, while exceeding national quality and safety standards.
WestCare empowers everyone with whom they come into contact to engage in a process of healing, growth and change benefiting themselves, their families, coworkers and communities. They offer a wide range of social services for adults and children, including mental health support, alcohol and substance abuse prevention and detoxification, and crisis stabilization.
The second campus of LKMC, DePoo hosts a variety of behavioral health programs as well as rehabilitation services.
Bright Futures is focused on helping those that struggle with addiction to find a sense of purpose and a meaningful life in recovery. Our clinical staff is highly trained to aid clients in identifying an individualized recovery plan that is geared towards healing the whole individual. Whether a client needs residential, day and/or night treatment with community housing, intensive outpatient or outpatient treatment, the Bright Futures team is able to provide a continuum of care to see the client through the first year in recovery.
We Level Up FL, commonly know as We Level Up Tamarac FL, is a primary mental health inpatient center located in South Florida. The We Level Up network operates multiple affiliate residential inpatient treatment centers in Florida. The program provides outreach, assessment, placement, information, referral and transportation services to homeless individuals and families.
