Latisha Tiare Alce's family and employer, Dion's Enterprises generously donated $5,000 in Latisha's memory and truly hopes that no person, especially a woman should ever suffer from the wrath of others and that Samuel's House continues to provide a safe haven for many years to come. 

 Thank  you First Horizon Foundation, Dwight Hill and Jacqueline Luhta for recognizing our commitment to positively transforming the lives of women and children, and for the generous donation of $5,000 toward the  programs at Samuel’s House.  

Samuel's House is blessed to be the recipient of toys and presents for the children at Samuel's House and in the community who would otherwise do without presents. Thank you so very much!

 A special thank you to Coastal Source and Aja Ferretti for going above and beyond.  She drove down from the Upper Keys to meet with me after hours at the office, ensuring we received the Thanksgiving Drive in time for the holiday.  Their compassion and dedication have significantly impacted the lives of women, children, and intact families at our emergency homeless shelter in Monroe County. Your commitment to community well-being shines brightly, and we express our deep gratitude for your partnership in making this Thanksgiving a time of warmth, nourishment, and hope for those in need. Together, we are making a difference, one act of kindness at a time.

 A heartfelt shout-out to our amazing community members who made the Holiday Helpers Toy Drive on November 17th an incredible success!  Special thanks to Grace Epperly of Wesley House, Ellen, owner of Imagination Station Toys & Books, and Hemingway Rum Company for hosting this memorable event.  Despite a power outage and sitting in the dark for a little while, the generosity of our community turned the evening into a fun and successful gathering. All donated toys will be shared with Wesley House Family Services, SOS Foundation, Samuel’s House, Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Kids Come First, and Guidance/Care Center by WestCare.  Thank you for making a difference and spreading joy during this holiday season! Your kindness brightens the lives of children and families in our community.

Your dedication and compassion have made a significant impact on the lives of those seeking shelter and support in our community. Together, we are creating a brighter future for individuals facing homelessness, and we appreciate the Z Club's commitment to making a positive difference. Thank you for being valuable partners in our efforts to provide hope and assistance to those in need. 

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Red Barn Theatre KW for graciously hosting a memorable Girl's Night Out Event and choosing Samuel's House as the nonprofit beneficiary. Your commitment to community engagement and philanthropy shines through, and we are truly honored to be the selected organization. The support garnered from this event will undoubtedly contribute to our efforts in providing essential services to those experiencing homelessness. Thank you Girl's Night Out and Red Barn Theatre KW, for your generosity and for being dedicated partners in our mission to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families in need.

 In the glow of this night's extraordinary event, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible high-performance boating tribe and their phenomenal effort in raising an astounding $200,000 for Samuel’s House in just two hours. This remarkable achievement reflects the unwavering support and compassion within our community.
