Freezin' For a reason

Come on out to the Annual Southernmost Conch Republic Polar Plunge to benefit the programs of Samuel’s House which provide housing and supportive services to homeless women, women and men with children and intact families. This event was founded by Marsha Conley over 10 years ago when she discovered that that the Conch Republic had no polar plunges to speak of. 

Marsha launched the first Annual Southernmost Conch Republic Polar Plunge to benefit women, children and families in Monroe County. 

Our friends from “up north” chuckle at us but as all Conchs know (both salt water and fresh water) no one goes in the “bone chilling” low 70’s degree water from Fantasy Fest (October) until late April! 

Join us this year and find out why we are FREEZIN' FOR A REASON, and also have a lot of fun supporting an cause that provides high demand and essential services. 

We will meet at the crack o’ noon on Super Bowl Sunday, February 12, 2023 in front of Salute! on the Beach, 1100 Atlantic Boulevard, Key West.
